Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on increase of the minimum monthly salary

In order to improves the welfare and social protection of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I order that:

1. The amount of the minimum monthly salary shal be 85 manats starting from 1 September 2010.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall settle the issues arising out of this order.

3. The order No. 3005 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "on increase of the minimum monthly salary" dated 25 August 2008 (excluding 3^rd point) shall be out of force.
