Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on appointment of several judges and chairs to the courts of first instance of the Republic of Azerbaijan

In accordance with the Points 9 and 32 of the Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Article 94 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "on Courts and Judges", I order that:

the following persons shall be appointed as the judges of the courts of first instance:

Abbasov Qurban Rashid oglu - judge of the Baku Local Economic Court No 1

Abdullayev Vali Asgar oglu - judge of the Ganja City Kapaz District Court

Allahverdiyeva Ramella Allahverdi qızı - judge of the Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Cases of Grave Crimes

Atashova Raziya Huseyn qizi - judge of the Baku City Khatai District Court

Hasanov Allahveren Maharram oglu - judge of the Shusha District Court

Huseynov Müseyib Abbas oglu - judge of the Baku Local Economic Court No 1

Huseynov Salman Bilal oglu - judge of the Ganja Military Court

Huseynov Zeyqam Huseyn oglu - judge of the Sumgayit City Court

Abdullayev Vali Asgar oglu - shall be appointed the chairman of the Ganja City Kapaz District Court.

Huseynov Museyib Abbas oglu - shall be appointed the chairman of the Baku local economic Court No 1.

Huseynov Zeyqam Huseyn oglu - shall be appointed the chairman of the Sumgayit City Court.
