The Cabinet Ministers of Azerbaijan has adopted a decision approving the “Rules for placing re-export goods undergoing customs procedures". The Rules cover goods passing special international transit customs procedures, products, loaded from one vehicle to another on the territory of free zone or exported directly from free zone, exported directly from the temporary storage, as well as goods placed under special customs procedures to places of temporary storage of goods.
