Azerbaijan proposes to introduce penalties for failure to ensure aviation security

Individuals who do not comply with the legal directions provided by Aviation Security Service employees will be subject to administrative penalties. This measure is envisaged by a bill on the changes to the Code of Administrative Offences. It is proposed to add an article about the violation of the rules of ensuring the aviation security to the code.

 

According to the bill, the physical entities who do not comply with the legal requirements of employees of the aviation security service can be fined up to 50 manat, officials - 500 manat and legal entities - 1,000 manat. Officials may be fined at 500 manat and legal entities - 1,000 manat for failure to observe the permit regime and ensure the regime within the object by enterprises, institutions and organizations located at the airport, as well as their employees.

 

Officials can be fined at 1,000 manat, legal entities - 3,000 manat for a failure to ensure the safety of aircrafts by the side exploiting them. Officials can be fined at 1,000 manat for a failure to ensure the security of the aircraft on the spot by employees of the aircraft security service. The officials will be fined at 1,000 manat for violating the rules of examining and the aircrafts.
