Gulnar Gurbanova is a Partner at BHM Law Firm. Her main practice areas are corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property rights with working knowledge and experience in IT law area. Gulnar represents clients on various complex transactions, including freight forwarding, environmental safety projects, technology, sports-related commercial agreements, including sponsorship, broadcasting and entertainment contracts, manages the disputes regarding the protection of IPR, as well as provides full legal assistance to the clients acting in the field of agriculture. Gulnar has been admitted to the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan since 2007.
