BHM Law Firm is a partner of the 2020 Topchubashov Court Competition! Topchubashov Court Competition ( hereinafter Competiton) is a competition that is dedicated to the name of Alimardan Bey Topchubashov. This Competition is organized by Student's Scientific Society of Law Faculty of Baku State University (for short Azerbaijanian-TEC) and it consists of 3 rounds. The competition focuses on a fictitious business case involving legal issues arising from commercial relationships. Competition teams (each team consists of 4 people) must submit the Applicant's and Defendant's briefings (the equivalent of the claim) for the Competition. 8 teams with the best results from briefings win the right to participate in oral proceedings. BHM Law Firm is proud of being partner of the first and only competition based on national law, legal arguments, and international rules, as well as contributing to the training of a new generation of young lawyers in Azerbaijan.
