On 30^th of June, Baku Law Centre LLC signed the contract with the World Bank, on the basis of which the independent investigation on the implementation of the Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) for Alat-Masalli road under the Second Highway Project was assigned to Baku Law Centre. The scope of the work included the review of the implementation of the Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) for the Section 1 and Section 2 of the Alat-Masalli road regarding the issues specified in the Terms of Reference, an integral part of the contract between Baku Law Centre and the World Bank. Within a month, the lawyers of Baku Law Centre successfully completed this assignment and on 29^th of July, the final investigation report was submitted to the World Bank.
