A paper on "Recent amendments to the plastic use regulations in Azerbaijan: problems and solutions" by our Senior Associate Fidan Alakbarova has been published in the 39th issue of “IMPACT Azerbaijan” magazine, the official publication of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) in Azerbaijan. The article analyzes the latest amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Protection of Environment" in connection with the use of plastic products. Related EU regulations and best practices in other countries are examined while presenting possible solutions to the gaps and problems in the current legislation.
