Doing Business 2012: Doing Business in a More Transparent World, the next annual World Bank report, has been published. The report assesses business regulations affecting firms in 183 economies and ranks the economies in 11 areas of business regulation. This year’s report data cover regulations measured from June 2010 through May 2011. 

According to the report, Azerbaijan rose from 69^th place to 66^th place in the global ranking. Singapore kept the leading position.
