The laws on amendment of “State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities" law and of «Commercial classified information" law came into force in June 12, 2012.  

      Henceforth, information about the founders (participants) of commercial legal entities and their share in the charter capital can be provided on the request of the judicial authorities, intelligent agencies, bodies of operative-search activity in cases envisaged by law, of bodies of financial monitoring in cases and manner prescribed by the law " On combating legalization of money or other property acquired by criminal means and the financing of terrorism."

      Moreover, such information will be provided to executive authorities, advocates, to other founders and participants of legal persons and to third parties with the consent of the person in respect of which such information is required from the state registry. With the exception of information about the founders of commercial entities, and their share in the charter capital, everyone has the right to examine records in State Register, require a copy of an extract from the register and the documents submitted for registration.
